Monroe has a strong desire to bring others into the Kingdom. He volunteers in several prison crusades each year as well as mentoring at Gadsden Re-Entry Center. Monroe brings wisdom and prison ministry experience to the GEMS board. He has served on the GEMS board since 1998.
