Monroe is employed by Florida Air Specialist performing “Preventable Maintenance” duties.   Monroe has a strong desire to bring others into the Kingdom. He volunteers in several prison crusades each year as well as mentoring at Wakulla Correctional Institution. Monroe brings wisdom and prison ministry experience to the GEMS board. He has served on the GEMS board since 1998.
